Contributions to the site

Contributions are welcomed from MMOG customers, whether they be communications with customer support, chat logs, or an article. Positive experiences and comment are particularly encouraged; it is human nature to express ourselves more on things that anger or upset, which can create a bias picture that would be unfair on the staff who do take pride in their work.

For example, a GM or company representative may have gone out of their way to ensure your satisfaction - where people are doing their jobs correctly, they most certainly deserve all the positive feedback we can give them, and this will hopefully encourage those standards to be met across the board. Conversely you may feel you have been unfairly treated which has highlighted a particular shortcoming you feel exists in legislation around MMOGs, such as virtual theft, ownership of your virtual identity, where the EULA stands in conflict with consumer laws, etc.

Guidelines:

• Chat logs, forum posts, urls or emails to be submitted with material where appropriate. Relevant links and references are encouraged. A well researched document will carry far more credibility and weight than pure subjective opinion.
• No ranting. Emotive words, sweeping accusations, and name calling should be avoided wherever possible.
• Contributions may be accepted conditionally upon suggested changes to be made by the author. No content will be published without preview and full consent of the author.
• Banner artwork may also be included. It should not contain any identifiable names or trademarks.
