The EULA may be viewed by simply starting up the Anarchy Online game client. As this is your 2nd violation, your account will be suspended indefinitely. Your suspension time will start from the creation of this ticket. Please note that logging into the Anarchy Online game servers with any account during your suspension period is considered a violation of your suspension. Such actions will result in an extension to your suspension to all associated accounts. If you have any questions feel free to reply back to this ticket without changing the subject matter. Umm what? Excuse me? How is it even conceivable that I have been Permanently banned for customer service abuse? And how is it that this is my second violation? I have never been suspended before? There is some sort of mistake here, please fix it.

Thank you for your reply. In regards to your account suspension, the account will not be reopened. You were warned by the ARKs multiple times to not continuously petition about the issue you were concerned about. This was considered your 1st offense. Continuously petitioning for a GM or ARK is considered petition/customer service abuse and will affect your account if deemed excessive.

Hello. You said I was warned by the "ARK's" multiple times to not continuously petition however I only talked to one ARK (the name started with K). Also, I only petitioned 2 times in hope that I would receive a GM the 2nd time (since the ARK told me that they arent allowed to call a GM on player demand). At no time was I verbally abusive to anyone from the customer support team and petitioning twice is not something that the rules of conduct outlines as being Customer Service Abuse. In fact, the petition help system clearly details that the only form of abuse in regards to petition is if you change your petition class in order to gain higher priority. It says this here:

If you abuse the petition classification option you will be warned and your petition will be reclassified and put back to the queue. Continual abuse will be acted on and permanently disabling the /petition service in individual cases will be considered.

This is a PETITION PENALTY on the account and NOT an ACCOUNT PENALTY. Also, you mentioned that this was considered my 1st offense, this is not true. Here is a copy of the email you first sent me.

I have never been suspended and never violated anything before so how could this possibly be my 2nd violation? You can verify this in your logs. Now that you know the truth of what actually happened and not some quickly patched up story you will find that this suspension is unwarranted. I petitioned twice in order to have an important issue resolved (petitioning is my only means of even contacting CS) and my account was PERMANENTLY banned, as in, you cannot play this game ever again and all the time you have spent has been completely rendered useless. There is clearly multiple mistakes here and I ask that you could look into them a little deeper before just banning peoples accounts. "Ban first, investigate later" is not a good way to handle peoples accounts.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, your account suspension will not be lifted. A petition abuse violation is not the same as an intentional petition misclassification violation. As it stands, your first violation was the warning given by the ARK(s) and by continuing to petition, your account was suspended. This issue cannot be contested any further.

This is what I said in my previous email.

You said that by continuing to petition after I was given a warning I was suspended. However, I only petitioned twice, it is obvious that the first time I petitioned he wouldnt give me a warning (as it was my 1st petition). He gave me the warning on my 2nd and FINAL petition. How is it then that I was suspended for petitioning AFTER I was warned when I only petitioned twice? A mistake has certainly been made, please look into this a little further.

What do you mean it will not be lifted? I just proved to you that I did NOTHING WRONG. How can you permanently ban my account when you know for a fact that I did nothing wrong? This is truly unfair.

Yeah I know you said that before but I thought maybe you might be able to give me a little bit more information as to why you have decided to do this? I mean, telling me that my account will be permanently banned for no reason whatsoever and then giving no explaination as to why you have done this isnt a very good way of communicating whats going on on your end. I have proven to you that I have done nothing that warrants this penalty on my account and you can check this for yourself if my word isnt trustworthy. I petitioned once, I got an ARK. I petitioned a 2nd time, the ARK gave me a warning and said not to continuously petition. I logged off. This is what happened and I got permanently banned, let me repeat that, permanently banned. As in, you can never use your account again. There is no way I have done anything to justify such an action against my account. Could you please tell me what it is that I did that makes me deserve this punishment?
