Petition

Petitions can and do change things, but they need to be very clear about what they are trying to achieve and well researched. Like with most things, the more effort that's put in the higher chance of success.

This is something RX will be looking in the first half of 2007 and initiating if it's felt there may be enough support for an achievable and specific goal (e.g. legislation for a maximum cap on server downtime in MMOGs before customers should be reimbursed).

If in the meantime if anyone has already started a petition relating to customer service or consumer rights within the online gaming industry, or would like to take such an initiative, please don't hesitate to email admin@anarchy-online.biz and RX will support such petitions in every way it can.
