This section is expected to develop through 2007 as RX attempts to raise the profile of this site, and/or the customer service issues identified.
The most obvious place to reach the target audience are gaming forums themselves, at the risk of moderation. It's hoped that MMOG companies take their customer service seriously and will be supportive and open to all feedback and discussion, as good customer service is of course in everyone's best interests.
There are several online news sites listed below. Many MMOG sites are subsidised by the companies themselves by advertisement, and are unlikely to be listed on this site as it is felt impartiality will be compromised.
It is pleasantly surprising to find how many sites and resources have already been made available the last few years. The existence of sites such as these, and the numerous blogs on the internet of similar theme, are their own publicity and testament to a growing dissatisfaction with the lack of regulation and civil rights that we take for granted in the real world.
